What is the quality of your merchandise?
Dozydotes is a company built on nearly 5 years of extensive nation-wide child recliner retailing and market study. It is also based on interaction with children, parents and grandparents under unique environmental conditions and situations giving us a first hand knowledge of how kids use and enjoy the products that we design and manufacture exclusively for Dozydotes retailers. The styles, fabrics and colors are designed to compliment any room in the house and coordinate with almost any theme. All of our products are thoroughly tested and engineered for durability and safety so that your customers can feel confident that their children are protected against pinch points and dangerous hard contact points, allowing children of almost any age to enjoy our recliners and rocker recliners. 


How does your customer care for the furniture?
Recliners can be vacuumed and wiped clean with a damp rag. Fabric Protection may be applied to prolong furniture life. The Mocro Fiber Material, if lightly soiled due to wear, can be cleaned using lukewarm water and a mild detergent or soap. They are best cleaned by using a soft sponge or cloth and rubbing in a circular motion, pat dry with a soft cloth, and brush in the direction of the nap. Medium to heavily soiled fabrics can be cleaned with a commercial water or foam type carpet and upholstery cleaner, (ie Shout, Carbona, Bissel, Armorall, Blue Luster, Turtlewax, Glamorene). Do NOT dry clean and do NOT use any solvent (petroleum-based) cleaning agents (ie K2R, lighter fluid, carbon tet or perchlorethyline). Spills should be blotted up with a towel.

What is the warranty?

Dozydotes frames and mechanisms are warranted for 30 days from the delivery date to be free of product defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty does not apply to normal product usage. All orders should be immediately inspected upon arrival. If at that time you notice any shipping damage you must describe this on the Bill of Lading retained by the driver. At that time, please fax or e-mail a copy to Dozydotes or call toll free (866) 870-1048. On the rare occasion where there is a problem with your order please call our customer service center at (866) 870-1048 or email our Customer Service Department at sales@dozydotes.com within 2 days of receipt. We will replace any orders with manufacturer defects. Damage to dropship orders needs to be provided to Dozydotes immediately and certainly within 7-10 days of delivery. We may request digital pictures at this time. If you do not document damage at the time of delivery we will not be able to assist you with future claims. For returns for reasons other than damaged/defective items, please get a Return Authorization Number and return address from our Customer Service Department at sales@dozydotes.com or call (866) 870-1048. We can't accept returns without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Arrangements for returns must be made within 30 days after the receipt of your order. Restocking and shipping fees do not apply to damaged/defective items. All Shipping fees incurred by Dozydotes are the customer's responsibility for items that are returned for reasons other than damaged/defective. A 15% restocking fee may also apply. Returned items must be in NEW resale condition. All returns must be authorized and have a return authorization number.
